Learning plan #Planting

Learning Plan: Children were showing interest in leaves and grass when they played outside. They were using leaves to pretend to bake and ice cream. I created this activity because they were curious about how plants work and I want to let them know how plants come and grow. So I have different types of seeds and bring the soil and the pots. Let them pick their seeds and let them plant by themselves.
Through this activity, they learned how plants grow and how we plant them. After they put the seeds in the soil they need to water their plants every week. That makes them learn everyone needs to take responsibility.

Learning Plan # Walking Together

Plan: when the weather gets warm, every time they go outside they are interested in new grass and leaves. So I plan to bring them to have a nature walk and let them feel they have a connection with nature.
When we walked we observed new grass and leaves, and we only picked up leaves which are already filled on the ground. through this activity, they learn how to be nice to nature and the earth. In the end, they use what they have to build their painting and that shows how was nature in their eyes.
Learning Plan # Bubble Play

I prepared six different sensory bags, some filled with water and model sea creatures. Others were filled with stones and small diamonds, which we called “treasure bags.” In some bags, I put flowers of various colors and hand sanitizer so that the flowers would flow while the children observed the colors.
This activity is designed to allow children to feel different colors with their hands and experience varying degrees of softness and hardness as they squeeze the bags. These bags are specifically designed for children with autism, so I sealed all the bags and wrapped them in three layers to prevent accidental ingestion.
Learning Plan # Dandelion

The plan was related to the week's theme which is "flowers", so I was prepared to teach them "Dandelion". I cut the bottom of the straw and got the black paper and white paint. Let them use a straw to dip the white paint first and press on the paper. After they had done their art I got a video which showed how dandelions grow with yellow flowers and turn into the seed's heads.
